Serving 1.5 million people, the goal of the Fraser Health Authority (FHA) is to ensure every resident in the health authority has access to quality care. This includes services from acute care hospitals to community-based residential, home health, mental health and public health services. The FHA is continuously focusing its efforts on the environment and energy conservation. Along with bullfrogpowering the Czorny Alzheimer Centre, it is involved in the Energy Management Assessment Exercise with objectives to develop a Sustainable Energy Management Plan (SEMP). The company undertakes energy conservation projects throughout the region, such as lighting retrofits and boiler upgrades.
