IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT BULLFROG POWER BILLING CHANGE FOR ONTARIO METERED CUSTOMERS WHO SIGNED UP PRIOR TO JULY 2008

In order to provide more forms of payment and to maintain a high quality of service to the growing number of bullfropowered homes, Bullfrog Power is outsourcing its billing. The new billing process will not change your choice to purchase EcoLogo-certified, 100% green electricity. The change will happen automatically, and does not require you to take any steps. The change only affects the way you pay your electricity bill. In future, your electricity bill will come from your local utility rather than from Bullfrog directly, and you will see your Bullfrog Power purchase reflected on the "Electricity" line of the bill.

In the coming months, you will receive emails informing you of your last Bullfrog Power bill to be paid though our pre-authorized payment plan as well as the date on which your local utility will begin billing on Bullfrog Power’s behalf.

After the billing change, you will continue to receive an e-statement (for your records only) from Bullfrog Power with all the information you have come to expect, such as your emissions footprint reduction and historical usage. And you will still be able to access this information through your mybullfrog account (https://my.bullfrogpower.com/). Your contract with Bullfrog Power will not change, nor will your status as a Bullfrog Power customer. If you are signed up for our regular communications such as the Bullfrog Buzz or e-buzz, you will continue to receive all of the news about the bullfrogpowered community.

Why we are switching to billing through the utility
This billing change allows bullfrogpowered customers to take advantage of many different forms of payment, such as online bill payment, available through the local utility. The change also allows Bullfrog Power to leverage the billing infrastructure local utilities have in place and continue to provide high quality of service to the rapidly growing number of bullfrogpowered homes. This allows us to keep our quality of service high and our operating costs low, so that we can in turn keep our prices as low as possible. Bullfrog will soon contact all Ontario metered customers to advise them of the date of their billing switch.
